Cityscape Global filled the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center for four days. The organizers needed a food and beverage service team that could work across a large floor, keep pace with the crowds and hold a high standard from opening to close.
Melas managed and delivered a team of 25 professionals for the four-day event. Waiters, bartenders and food runners covered the exhibition space, serving exhibitors, partners and visitors.
Twenty-five professionals, four days, and a service floor that stayed organized from the first morning of the exhibition to the last.
