For the past 5 months, Melas has been proudly supporting MDLBEAST events, working across their iconic brands: Attaché, Unstable, and Privé The Club.
We deployed a dedicated and professional team for their weekly events, ensuring consistency, long-hour commitment, and the highest level of hospitality and service excellence.

Consistency is the whole product: the same crew, week after week, until the service runs itself.
What changed
We built a fixed crew of ten and kept it fixed. The same waiters, bartenders, baristas and kitchen staff came back every week, which removed the briefing time and let the team hold the floor on its own from the second month.
Five months in, the rotation absorbs schedule changes without extra recruitment, and the venue teams plan their service around a headcount they can count on.
