Eats & Beats brings food and live music into the same courtyard, which means the bar, the kitchen counters and the seated areas all peak at the same minute — twice a night, right after each set.

Melas staffed the full guest-facing floor: bar, service, runners and hosts, briefed together and led by four team leaders so the whole site could be rebalanced between stages in under ten minutes.

A festival is not one service. It is forty short ones, and the only thing that holds them together is the briefing.

TESTIMONIALS

We have worked with Melas across a range of projects, including pop-ups, catering operations, and VIP events. They have consistently been a reliable partner and an excellent team to work with.

What changed

We ran one briefing for the twenty-four, split them into four led pods, and gave each pod a fallback position for peak. Nothing was improvised on site — the second night reused the first night's pods with a redrawn map.

Average wait at the bar stayed under four minutes through both headliner sets, and the site closed on time on both nights.
