Hospitality on a race weekend runs against the track schedule, not the clock: the suites fill in the twenty minutes before a session and empty the moment the lights go out.
Melas staffed six suites over three days with one crew of thirty-five, held together by seven team leaders and a single rotation built around the session times rather than around shifts.

The track sets the timing. Everything a hospitality team does that weekend is written backwards from the session sheet.

What changed
We cross-trained the full crew on all six room formats during the Thursday build, so any leader could move people between suites without a second briefing. One hundred and thirty-eight shifts were covered without a single unfilled position.
Service opened on time before every session across the three days, including the two that moved at short notice.
