Melas deployed 25 hospitality professionals across Fairmont Hotel, the King Abdulaziz Conference Center, the Riyadh Bank building in KAFD, and a number of Fairmont-operated restaurants. Each team was built to the client’s brief, including the nationality mix each venue asked for.

Melas ran the operation end to end, from sourcing and briefing to on-site coordination, so Fairmont had one point of contact across every location until the final service.
